From the first look to the closing table, with the comparable sales that explain the number rather than a number on its own.
Owners and landlords
Listing the place, screening who applies, and the lease at the end of it. We hold the keys and do the showings.

Four neighbourhoods, and not a fifth. It is the whole reason we can tell you what a street is like before you stand on it.

- Tree-lined blocks and big single-family houses, with the Avenue J shops and the Q a walk away.
- Gravesend
- Two-families and newer construction, close to Kings Highway and the F.
- Homecrest
- Quieter streets around Avenue U, a mix of houses and small buildings, edging toward Sheepshead Bay.
- Kensington
- Apartments and small houses near Prospect Park, on the F and G at Church Avenue.
